Excerpt from the January 2015 Living Magazine, Cy-Fair Edition:
It seems every year a new approach to educating our children is unleashed. Not only is it nearly impossible to keep up with the acronyms, these fads tend to hinder parental participation in the learning process. Often newer isn't better, especially when it comes to education. Covenant Academy embraces a curriculum that is both classical and Christian. It’s how our forefathers were educated and how the early church trained up its children. “It’s not trendy. It’s solid and effective,” said Leslie Collins, Head of School.
“We've built a community here that encourages families to participate in their children’s education. We seek to prepare this generation for a lifetime of learning through excellent instruction, using the very best resources in the context of loving relationships with friends, teachers and mentors.”
