  • Before and After School Care (BASC) Program

Covenant Academy is now pleased to offer a Before and After School Care (BASC) Program for currently enrolled students from Pre-K through 6th Grade. Program Information:

We will use the Pre-K classroom (closest to the office) as the home of our BASC program.  Students will be given time to play, rest, snack, work on homework and prepare for a successful school day both before and after school.  Food and/or snacks are not included but can be provided at an additional cost.  You can expect the same care and attention in BASC as you would in any Covenant classroom.

This program will be staffed by Mrs. Allison Hegar (pictured below) and will open each morning at 6:30 a.m. when drop off begins. You may pick up as late as 6:30 p.m. All Covenant staff are CPR certified and are trained in school safety protocol.

The BASC program is available on an as needed basis at your convenience.  If you arrive late to school at the end of a regularly scheduled school day, there is no need to call the school office. In partnership with you, your student will be taken care of as part of the BASC program until you arrive.*

The base fees (found here) will be billed to your FACTS account bi-monthly on the 1st and 16th of each month. This schedule will be prorated for months where the school is closed for holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break.

*Note: There will be a small daily fee of $10 for each student dropped off prior to 7:45 a.m. and $15 for each student who stays past the pick-up time of 4:00 p.m. and $20 for each student who stay until 6:30 p.m.
