 *NEW* STUDENT FEES-ALL GRADES:

Application Fee (non-refundable)
Due at the time of online application submission.

Tuition Deposit (non-refundable)
Due within 14 days of application acceptance; paid at the time of online enrollment. ($500 of this fee is applied towards Annual Tuition.)

Book and Resource Fee (non-refundable)
Due by June 1 or within 14 days of application acceptance;
paid at the time of online enrollment whichever is later.

If new student enrollment is completed after June 1,
both the Tuition Deposit and Book Fees are due.

RETURNING STUDENT FEES-ALL GRADES:

Re-enrollment Fee (non-refundable)
Due at the time of online enrollment submission.
(This fee is applied towards the $450 Book and Resource Fee.)

Total Book and Resource Fee (non-refundable)
The $200 Re-enrollment Fee is applied to this fee at the time of online enrollment. (The remaining $250 is due by June 1 and payable through online billing.)

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

There are three payment options available to select from at the time of online enrollment.

Pay full annual tuition by July 1 and receive 5% tuition discount*:

*ALL tuition payments are billed online and must be received on or before your selected due date, regardless of when the account statement is received. FACTS will assess a $30 fee for any returned payments.

If online enrollment is complete and the $200 re-enrollment fee is received by January 1, returning families have class placement priority and will receive a $300 re-enrollment discount, applied towards Annual Tuition. Families with an outstanding balance from the current or previous year may not enroll any students for the following year.

Open enrollment begins January 1.

Classroom placement is not reserved until the enrollment fee and the book fee have been paid in accordance with the due dates stated above.  Covenant Academy reserves the right to not re-enroll any student if his or her account with Covenant Academy is delinquent.
